By accessing our website and booking a stay at Parc Suites Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services or book accommodations.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove guests for any reason, particularly if property rules are violated.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Payment policies and cancellation terms vary based on the specific rate selected during booking. A security deposit or pre-authorization may be required upon check-in. Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy applicable to their specific reservation.

4. Property Rules

• Smoking: Parc Suites Hotel is strictly non-smoking indoors. A $500 CAD penalty applies for any violations.
• Pets: Pets are allowed subject to a $30 CAD nightly fee per pet. Guests are fully responsible for any damages or noise complaints.
• Conduct: We maintain a quiet, family-oriented environment. Parties and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

Parc Suites Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during your stay. Guests use the facilities, including parking and luggage storage, at their own risk. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the room, furnishings, or property during their stay.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
